L’Ufficio di Stato Civile del Consolato di Londra ha confermato che i certificati (nascita, matrimonio, morte) devono essere inviati in originale, debitamente apostillati, accompagnati esclusivamente dalla traduzione del certificato stesso.

Non è necessaria né la certificazione della traduzione né la traduzione dell’Apostille.

Attenzione: questa regola non vale per:

  • Gli altri uffici di Londra (es. l’Ufficio Cittadinanza),
  • Il Consolato di Manchester,
  • L’utilizzo della traduzione direttamente presso il Comune AIRE (senza passare dal Consolato).

Vi invitiamo quindi a seguire queste direttive e ad inviare solo i documenti richiesti. Il nostro Certificato di Autenticità può essere conservato tra i vostri documenti personali.

Pertanto, nel caso in cui uno dei genitori del minore sia cittadino extracomunitario (compresi i cittadini britannici), consigliamo ai nostri clienti di procedere con la notarizzazione PRIMA di contattarci per l’Apostille e la successiva richiesta di passaporto per minori tramite posta.
