Today, Baraka Legal Services is proud to offer a new service to our clients: We can now apply for the UK Disabled ID Card on your behalf.
The aim of the UK Disabled DID Card is to eliminate the need for individuals to carry their paper documentation with them at all times. The card will feature a photograph of the cardholder and can be issued to disabled individuals who are in receipt of a disability allowance or can provide medical evidence to support their application.
Medical proof:
We can apply on your behalf for a UK Disabled ID Card if you can provide or upload any of the following:
– DLA (Disability Living Allowance)
– AA (Attendance Allowance)
– PIP (Personal Independence Payment)
– SDP (Severe Disability Premium)
– Blue Badge
– AFIP (Armed Forces Independence Payment)
– Registered Blind or Deaf status
If you do not have any of the above-mentioned benefit entitlements, we can still proceed with your application if you provide a medical letter (from an NHS/GP) confirming your medical condition.
